 T & I handmade goods reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges for such reasons as change of mind, wrong size or not liking the style or color choice. T & I handmade goods also reserve the right to deny cancellation of your order due to change of mind or change of circumstances prior to your item being shipped out. Please review all item descriptions before purchasing. Please note processing times are estimates. Please use the size descriptions, product descriptions when choosing an item. There is specific information in the item descriptions regarding each item.  It is imperative that you measure and use your own measurements when purchasing custom items.  Do not rely on 'usual' sizing.  T & I handmade goods does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind for are items as they are handmade.

T& I handmade goods is not responsible for any damage done to items after purchase, including damage or faults caused by washing machines or laundry products, such as but not limited to stains, bleaching or dye leaking, or damage caused by contact with chemicals.  NO refunds on lost or delayed mail! Please refer to our care guides to prolong the life of your pieces. We always inspect and take a video/ or photo of the package before it's sent and I’m happy to send you a video/photo of the envelope/parcel if required.
